On May 13,2022,the Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized Lanzhou University of Technology,Gansu Mechanical Science Research Institute,Lanzhou University of Technology,Lanzhou Petrochemical Vocational and Technical College,Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics and other relevant experts to conduct research on Lanzhou Ximai memory alloy at the Gansu Provincial Computer Center.The Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Little Giant Project"Application and Industrialization of Ni-Ti-based Alloy Fastening Kits"project undertaken by the company has been accepted.
This project uses a new type of smart metal material,and uses the temperature deformation properties,comprehensive mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of smart metals to develop NiTi-based fastening kits(screw,nuts,smart gaskets),and studies the deformation of NiTi-based shape memory alloys.,heat treatment and other processes,the structure of the fastening kit was optimized,and the product performance of the memory alloy anti-loosening fastening kit(fastening ring,special slotted nut,bolt assembly)reached the expected index,which solved the problem in high-voltage power transmission projects.The guide wire clip and the fastening and anti-loosening problem in the high-frequency and high-flutter vibration environment improve the safety of power grid operation.
After the expert team reviewed the relevant acceptance materials on site and analyzed the project performance objectives, the technological innovation of the project has also made breakthroughs in the fields of fastening systems, electric power, energy conservation and environmental protection, and promoted the development of memory alloys in the field of civilian products. , accelerate the value-added of raw materials, and give full play to the resource advantages of non-ferrous metals in our province.
